Tracie A. Maille M.A., M.S., CRC, CCTP, LPC

Tracie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).  After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton, Tracie went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.

Tracie has worked in the counseling field for over 12 years in a variety of clinical settings, which have included outpatient therapy with clients of varying ages. She has also taught at the post-secondary level, educating future counselors in the field of Clinical Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling.

Tracie takes an integrative therapeutic approach, which combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client. She truly believes that growth occurs at the edge of our comfort zone and works to provide clients with tailored treatment plans that can be integrated into their daily lives.

Tracie is a professional member of American Counseling Association (ACA) and continues to attend national trainings to stay up to date and informed on the most current evidence-based interventions.

Nicole Wade, MSW, LSW

Nicole Wade is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University. She is currently studying to earn her Clinical License in Social Work (LCSW). Nicole has clinical experience working in various settings, including mental health and behavior therapy at a partial hospitalization program, outpatient mental health treatment, and wraparound services with children, families, communities, and schools.

Nicole uses an eclectic, strength-based and person-centered approach to therapy. She draws from a range of theoretical backgrounds, including but not limited to, cognitive behavior therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and mindfulness practices. Nicole realizes there is no cookie cutter approach for therapy and works to create treatment plans customized to fit each individual’s needs.

Nicole works with all people and ages healing from depression, anxiety, social anxiety, life transition issues, interpersonal difficulties, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health issues.

Kristie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Master’s Degree from Messiah University.
Kristie has experience working with a variety of populations and has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She focuses on multicultural sensitivity and competence.

Kristie utilizes a holistic therapeutic approach, focusing on the whole person including body, mind, spirit, and community. She works with mood and anxiety disorders, stress and anger management, depression, substance abuse LGTBQ, thought disorders, trauma, justice involved individuals and relationship issues. Additionally, she works with adults and adolescents and utilizes a client-centered approach using Mindfulness-Based interventions as well as CBT and Somatic Therapy.

Kristie has earned her Certificate as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) in 2023 and her Certificate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) in 2024.

Danielle has been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2002. Her educational background is in Art Therapy and she has held national credentials (ATR-BC) for over twenty years. She finds art therapy to be useful for all age groups, with many clients being surprised at how much more effective it is to work toward goals while using time honored art therapy techniques.

Over the years Danielle has worked with children, families, couples, and adults including our senior community. Danielle has worked with individuals facing many life circumstances, including spectrum disorders, traumatic brain injuries, dementia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, serious mental health issues, intellectual disabilities, homelessness, incarceration, domestic violence, grief and various forms of abuse. She offers dignity, respect and a safe space to persons of all ages, creeds, orientations/expressions and abilities. Together, she can identify priorities and set up realistic steps that honor your needs.

Wendy Hoerner, MSW, LCSW

Wendy Hoerner, MSW, LCSW

Wendy holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.  She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University, and has been a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2006. Wendy completed all supervision requirements and exams, becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2024.  Wendy has experience working with adults, adolescents and children in a variety of settings such as child welfare, social and vocational rehabilitation, hospice and adult correctional facilities.  She holds trainer certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing.

Wendy takes a client-centered, strength-based approach which helps to reduce ambivalence and focus on personal change.  She works with people of all ages who are struggling with life issues like depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, anger control, relationship difficulties, and criminal justice involvement.  Wendy assists individuals in creating a personalized treatment plan to fit their needs.

Sarah became a Licensed Social Worker in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience in human services in the fields of mental health, child welfare, disability services and organizational leadership. She has a BSW from Slippery Rock University and her Master of Social Work and Certificate in Human Services Management from the University of Pittsburgh. Sarah initially began working as a Mental Health Professional in inpatient community mental health in 2014 and has continued to serve people of all ages and ability levels including individuals in the LGTBQIA+ and disability communities, and those experiencing severe mental health challenges. Additionally, she has significant experience navigating government and community service systems and has a vast knowledge of resources to support you and your goals.

Sarah comes with a unique skill set and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance therapy, dialectal therapy, talk therapy, exposure and response exercises and trauma interventions.  Whether you are having challenges adjusting to certain life events or stressor, or you have experienced personal trauma(s) that you are having difficulty processing, Sarah is a compassionate, well-rounded professional who will work alongside you through your inner healing journey. Mary Snyder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Edinboro University. Mary’s clinical background spans over 15 years and includes work in substance abuse, a state psychiatric hospital, 2 outpatient mental health clinics and an adolescent treatment center. She is a versatile clinician who has successfully treated a variety of diagnoses including chronic mental illness, anxiety, depression, PTSD and adjustment disorders. She has a special interest in women’s health issues including postpartum concerns and PMDD.

Mary specializes in DBT and frequently uses this modality to treat clients with Borderline Personality Disorder, mood dysregulation and impulsivity. She also uses treatment lenses such as: mindfulness, CBT, ACT, strengths-based, insight-oriented, and trauma-informed care. She uses a down to earth, compassionate approach and she is a strong believer that the therapeutic alliance is integral to positive progress. Kelly has a combined 16 years of experience in the counseling field in a variety of clinical settings, which included inpatient and outpatient substance abuse therapy, partial hospitalization program, outpatient mental health therapy, family centered services, and wraparound services.

Passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s complexities, Katie provides therapy with an empathetic, strengths-based approach tailored to each client’s needs.

Katie specializes in working with young adults (16+), adults, and couples navigating challenges such as life transitions, anxiety, trauma, depression, and feelings of being stuck. Her background in public policy under two gubernatorial administrations gives her a unique perspective on the pressures faced by high-performing professionals and state government employees. Katie also has experience supporting justice-involved individuals, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and young adults transitioning into independence.

Katie’s therapeutic approach is integrative and rooted in the belief that each person is the expert of their own life and experiences. She thoughtfully adapts her methods to each client, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote empowerment and meaningful growth. A lifelong advocate for inclusivity and equity, Katie creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and understood.

In addition to her clinical work, Katie serves as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children in the foster care system. She is dedicated to uncovering the motivations behind behaviors, recognizing patterns, and helping clients find clarity and develop practical strategies for growth.
